- Complete the form and attach a copy of the child's birth certificate.
- Submit the form with the non-refundable application fee.
- Selected applicants will be invited for an assessment day and interview with the Headteacher.

- Child must be of appropriate age for the intended class.
- Proof of residence (local placement priority).
